Mushrooms 1 lb
Eggs 4
Heavy cream 1 T
Butter 2 T
Green onions 1/2 c, chopped
Baby dill 2 T, chopped
In a heavy skillet, stir-fry mushrooms with the butter, for 7 min. Salt by taste. In a bowl, beat cream with eggs, mix well with the mushrooms. Put the mixture into a baking pan and bake at medium heat for 10 min. Serve with green onions and dill.
