Adidas Tennis Racquets are now in the making. The last time Adidas had their own line of racquets they were in the hands of legends Ivan Lendl and Ilie Nastase. There are going to be 3 different racquets designed for every level, the Barricade, Response, and Feather, all named after different lines of tennis shoes made by Adidas.
There are 3 differernt Barricade models, including a junior racquet. The Barricade Tour was made for the player that is playing serious tennis and needs to bring his game to the next level. This Racquet is 330g and the stiffest of all the Adidas racquets. Ideal for players that can generate their own pace, but need some more control and percision.
The Barricade Tour Light is weighed at 300g and is a racquet that is suited for juniors. With control in every stroke, you can't go wrong with this racquet.
The Barricade itself, is a lighter and less stiff version of the Baricade Tour, with a 16x19 string pattern, assists the competitive player with a playable and forgiving racquet. The Barricade Junior raqcuet is a really good racquet for a kid that just wants to have fun or just started playing tennis.
The Response racquet has an even amount of power and control and is reccomended to all the club players out there. The Adidas Feather is the lightest of raqcuet of all the new models, but at the same time has the thickest frame of all the models. The Feather is a really easy racquet to handle and is good for the recreation player or older club player.
All the Adidas racquets have the adidas Power Structure Technology to improve torsional stability and increasing your sweetspot and power in your shots.
If you want to be the first ot get these new racquets they are planned to be in your local tennis stores Early 2009.
