2-3 lbs ground chuck 1 lg. onion 1 can mushroom soup to 1 lb meat, so 2-3 cans 6-8 med. potatoes 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or more!) 2 cans any vegetable: corn, peas, green beans
Cook meat thoroughly in skillet with onion; drain. Prepare potatoes like reg. mashed/whipped potatoes to taste (salt, pepper, butter, milk). Layer meat in 13x9 baking dish, layer potatoes, layer in vegetable(s), top with cheese. Bake at 325' long enough to melt cheese (about 20 min.)
