Reunion 2009 - SUCCESS!

Reunion 2009 Was Rain Free!!!

Thanks to all that came out and braved the rain beforehand. It stopped and was actually a nice day.

I think the attendance tally was around 75 - 80 people.

The auction was a great success.

$589 was raised!!

This year's expenses (including a new vinyl banner) was $158, which leaves $431 to be put into an account for next year!!

Thanks to everyone who donated and/or bid.

I have uploaded a few pictures and hope some others will as well. You can start your own gallery or add to the one I started.

HOPE TO SEE EVERYONE AGAIN NEXT YEAR!!!

P.S. Anyone with ideas for next year are welcome to place them on the discussion board or call us at 256-335-4356.

Welcome to the Gilbert - Riner Family website.

Well - It has been a year since I started this site. Several people have logged on, signed the guestbook, registered to the site, uploaded pictures, etc. Thanks to all of you.

I hope in the coming year many more will help to grow this site.

This year's reunion is fast approaching. Please spread the word and get as many to attend as possible. Last year was great... lets make this year even better.

My Bio-Mother is Guiliah Ruth Riner, her father lived in Wise VA, I don't know his name, but am trying to find folks that I may be related to, or someone who may know my family. I was adopted out as a small child so I dont have alot of information, just that my mother was a Riner, She told me something about a creek or something with the name of Moccasin something? and there is an Elsie that I am related to.
