This is another recipe I did for the shower....it's amazing how close it comes to the Cracker Barrel hasbrown recipe.
2 lbs frozen shredded hash browns
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup onion, peeled and chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions;: Thaw hash browns; preheat oven to 350 degrees F; spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray; Mix the above ingredients together, place in prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until brown on top. |
