This is super easy and fast -- one of Dale's favorites I serve this quick dish with salad and bread. 1 lb. bulk italian sausage 1 pkg. (9 oz) of cheese tortellini 1 jar of Marinara Sauce 1 can (14 oz) Italian diced tomatoes (undrained) 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozeralla cheese Cook tortellini according package directions. At the same time, in a seperate pan, brown sausage; drain. Add tomatoes and marinara sauce to sausage; bring sauce to a boil and then simmer until tortellini is ready. When tortellini is cooked, drain water and place in casserole dish - top with sauce then cheese. |
