This recipe is what granny used to feed her huge brood. It is easy and quick, and goes a long way. We are not sure if she just fried it like you would scrambled eggs or as the recipe calls for. 1 C. flour dash of salt 6 eggs 1 .c of milk Beat the eggs; add the milk. Stir in the flour and salt. (Be sure the batter isn't too thin) Fry in hot greased pan on both sides. Cut in small pieces while it is frying. This makes several thin amounts to fry. May be eaten with sugar or syrup. |
