2 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cups Cream
1/8 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tblsp. Light Corn Syrup
4 Tblsp. Peanut Butter
Cook sugar, salt, syrup and milk to 234 F*. Cool to luke warm.
Add peanut butter and vanilla. Beat untill creamy. Pour into
lightly buttered pan. Cut into squares. Makes approx. 1 |
