Val texted:  "Well, the pass has ended.  I'm back to incarceration at HCMC.  Had an awecometime at Mary's relations' home, but this should be good, too, for me."  (Monday, Aug 31 @ 6:36 am).  There's an assumption that he means being at HCMC should be as good for him as being at Mary's aunt and uncle's.
