| June 5, 2009 - Raw Apple Cake, Vicky Cream:
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup margerine
Add:
1/2 cup water or cold coffee
1 cup raw finely chopped apples
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
(may eliminate nutmeg AND cinnamon and subsitute with 1-1/2 tsp apple pie spice)
1 tsp soda
1-1/3 cup flour
Beat 2 minutes. Grease and flour 9X9 pan and bake 30 minutes in 350° oven. Serve with ice cream or whippped topping.
