Greetings Family Members,

 

 

This letter comes to you at a time when we are faced with many distractions. With the many unexpected natural disasters hurricanes tornadoes, snow storms and floods, it leaves us perplexed and distracted.   

 

The Reed-Williams have organized a family reunion for August 10 – 12, 2007 in Donaldsville, LA. We want to make sure as many families members attend as possible If you know someone else who needs to be included in our plans. The Reunion will be held at The Lemmon Center in Donaldsonville, LA is where all of the excitement will be. On Friday August 10, 2007 there will be meet and greet from  4pm – 9pm, Saturday August 11, 2007 the reunion is  from 8am – 10pm. Sunday, August 12, 2007 for all who want to get your praise on before returning home 1st Israel Baptist Church in Belle Rose, LA is having their homecoming service at 9am. All are invited to attend. 

   

The cost of the reunion is $100.00 per household. This includes food, renting of the facilities, decoration, DJ and other activities for the children and adults. The first payment is due April 6, 2007 and the final payment is due by May 4, 2007. Payments can be made at the meeting or mailed.  Please mail money orders or cashier’s check only. If you are planning to bring a guest the fee is $10.00 per person. Enclosed is the registration form to be completed. Please mail all registration form.. This will help with the planning process.

 

Hotel Accommodations have been made at the Best Western hotel in Donaldsville, LA. The rate is $75.00 per night (4 per room). Each room has 2 full beds. If you are coming alone we strongly recommend that you contact other family members to share a room, so you won’t have to pay $75.00 per night on your own. First deposit is due on April10, 2007. The final payment is due on July, 01 2007. Please when placing accommodations mention non-smoking or smoking.

 

The t- shirt fee will be $6.00 All tee shirts payments are due by May 4, 2007. You can pay at the meeting or mail size(s) and payment.  Please send money order or cashier’s check only.
