Dear Family and Friends,
I greet you with divine love. Happy New Years to you all! I hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. 2008 is the year for new beginnings, and God is doing a new thing in me.
On Thursday, December 27, 2007, I ,Cassandra D. Mitchell Ratcliff, participated in an Exposure Entertainment Talent Expo at the Ramada Inn in Houma, Louisiana. I was chosen to participate in the Future Stars Model & Talent Showcase & Convention in New York at the Apollo Theatre as a singer during the week of March 27th-30th, 2008. I was awarded $1,500 to be applied to the cost of the Talent Package of $3,290.00. Winning the award leaves me with a balance of $1,790.00. The package includes: airfare (roundtrip), 4 nights and 3 days in a hotel in Times Square, perform @ Showcase in the Apollo Theatre, banquet dinner, award of participation, seminars, interviews one on one with agencies, resume preparation, preparation rehearsal session, tour of the Apollo Theater, wardrobe consultation, transportation from airport to hotel (roundtrip), and transportation from hotel to Apollo Theatre (roundtrip).
Participating in the showcase will give me an opportunity to meet major and independent agents, casting directors, management companies, producers, and music representatives out of New York for job opportunities in film, movies, commercials, print, concert engagements, videos, and contract possibilities.
Attached to this email is a donation letter and flyer from Exposure Entertainment, INC designed to allow us to receive assistance with our participation fee. Your help in this matter is very much appreciated. Any amount is greatly appreciated. The monies need to be received by February 15, 2008 in order for everyone’s reservation to be secured.
