This is a great way to get your veggies in!
Ingredients:
Boboli Pizza
mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
Lettuce
tomato
any other favorite salad goodies
Ken's lite Ceaser Dressing
You can also make this a great meal by adding chicken.
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Take Boboli Pizza and spread with mozzarella cheese. Toss in oven for 10 minutes to melt the cheese. While melting prepare your veggies. As soon as you remove pizza from oven. Toss on your lettuce, tomatoes and veggies. Top with Ken's dressing and serve immediately. (It is also delicious when served later) I brought this to a ladies meeting and had NO leftovers. It is very yummy. Careful when you transport it. The dressing easily runs off the side if you are not careful.
