We think it would be helpful to have a list of everyone's names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. to pass around.  Some people, like Tommy and Jo, don't have computers.  Others could be responsible for distributing the information to them.  Ron and Evelyn don't have a computer either.  We don't know for sure what Brad and Stacy's birthdays, etc. are so we can't add them accurately.  Just a suggestion.

The database is already there... just add the address in the member details.  There's even a place to view the mailing addresses of the people on the site.  Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you are requesting.

If I could make a suggestion...like kevin said the database is already there its the members list and whoever has info on anyone just add that person if not you can always email kevin peoples names and addresses and we can add it.  What I was thinking is that once that is done we can send out a news letter every three months or so and mail it out.  The first one can consist of mostly addresses and such this way the people without computer can get that plus any other things of intrest that get posted on the website.  Then if there is any additions or changes of address when the newsletter goes out then we can incorporate that into the newsletter.  what do you think?

As for Brad and Stacy's birthdates I probably have it in my family tree stuff - but don't have anything on Brad's little guy - we can get all that info from Tom or Evelyn - and get it in too..... this is fun hearing from all you out there in Oregon!
