The first time that you try to login, it will make you sign up.  All members are screened to verify that they are really family members.  We don't want just anyone signing in and intruding.  When you sign up it would help out a lot to include some form of your relation.  There is a way to sign in immediately by typing in your email address and the guest password, which will be passed on through the family. Thank you.
