I hope to create a place where we can all keep up with events like reunions, births ,deaths and marriages ect......So email me anything you want and add anything you want in the dicussions, news and journal areas. I have placed a downloadable gedcom file in the file Section located at the top of the home page. This can be opened with most any genealogy software. If you don't have geneology software My Heritage family tree builder can be downloaded free on line. This file includes All of my 23 years of geneology research.
Apr 1 2009 I have placed another file in the File section. It is the life story of George Uptain.
He is our ancester who first spelled his name UPTAIN and not UPTON. You can download and open it with word.

Their son, Geo W Uptain, married to Sarah Thrasher had a son named William R uptain and he married Missouri Mizell. They had a son named Earley H Uptain and he married Texie Conner. A son of theirs, Marvin Allen Uptain was my grandfather and he married Mary Etta Uptain. My e-mail is adamsonsr@hotmail.com.
